The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on September 8, 2026, officially announced the appointment of soft drink brand Campa, insurance provider SBI Life, and AI platform ChatGPT as Associate Partners for Team India's home cricket calendar. The commercial arrangement spans a two-season period running through March 2028, covering 35 home bilateral international matches starting with the upcoming series against the West Indies.
The combined deal value for the three associate positions exceeds ₹130 crore, reflecting a 44 percent increase compared to the previous cycle's associate commercial rights. During the competitive bidding process, Reliance Consumer Products' Campa Cola emerged as the highest bidder at ₹1.31 crore per match, while ChatGPT and SBI Life secured their slots at ₹1.2 crore per match each.
BCCI President Mithun Manhas and Honorary Secretary Devajit Saikia welcomed the partnerships, emphasizing that the substantial rise in sponsorship value highlights the immense reach and growing commercial strength of Indian cricket. The deals bring together key brands from beverages, financial services, and cutting-edge artificial intelligence, giving sponsors high-visibility access to millions of Indian cricket fans across the country.
