Huawei Unveils Flagship Watch 6 Series and Health-Focused Watch D3 in Munich
At a global launch event held in Munich, Germany, Huawei officially introduced its latest range of wearable gadgets, including the flagship Huawei Watch 6, the Watch 6 Pro, and the health-focused Huawei Watch D3. The announcement comes as technology manufacturers unveil their latest products across Europe ahead of IFA 2026.
The new Huawei Watch 6 Pro leads the lineup with high-end construction materials such as titanium alloy and nano-tech ceramic cases, paired with scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass. The watch features an ultra-bright LTPO OLED display capable of reaching up to 3,500 nits peak brightness, ensuring clear visibility even under direct sunlight. Huawei has also upgraded its health tracking hardware with the new X-Tap sensor array, offering precise electrocardiogram (ECG) measurements, continuous pulse wave arrhythmia analysis, and comprehensive sleep monitoring.
Alongside the mainstream smartwatch models, Huawei introduced the Watch D3, a specialized wearable designed for ambulatory blood pressure management. Utilizing an inflatable micro-airbag cuff inside the strap, the Watch D3 provides ambulatory blood pressure monitoring certified under stringent medical device standards. The device is thinner and lighter than its predecessor, featuring softer straps for improved daily wearability.
With prices starting from €399 for the Watch 6 and Watch D3 models, Huawei's new wearable ecosystem aims to combine daily smartwatch functionality with proactive health monitoring for users worldwide.
