Yash Starrer 'Toxic' Prepares for ZEE5 Digital Premiere Following Theatrical Run
Following its big-screen release, Kannada superstar Yash's high-budget action drama 'Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups' is preparing for its digital debut on streaming platform ZEE5, according to industry reports. Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Geetu Mohandas and jointly produced by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, the pan-India film is expected to begin streaming on September 25, 2026, across multiple languages including Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam.
The film generated immense worldwide anticipation as Yash's first theatrical release in four years following the massive success of 'KGF: Chapter 2'. Boasting an ensemble cast including Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, and Rukmini Vasanth, 'Toxic' performed moderately at the box office despite collecting over ₹300 crore globally amid mixed critical reviews.
The upcoming digital release offers the ambitious gangster action film a second window to reach audiences who missed its theatrical run. With its pan-Indian reach and availability in multiple dubbed languages, the OTT platform is expected to give the big-budget project renewed visibility among home audiences.
