Over 500 join 97th 'Fit India – Sundays on Cycle' in Ahmedabad for Rashtriya Ekta Diwas
NCC cadets from several Gujarat units, cycling enthusiasts and citizens rode from Veer Savarkar Sports Complex.
The Sports Authority of India's Gandhinagar regional centre, with the Fit India Movement and MY Bharat, held the 97th edition of 'Fit India – Sundays on Cycle' at Veer Savarkar Sports Complex, Ahmedabad, on November 1 to mark Rashtriya Ekta Diwas.
More than 500 people took part, including NCC cadets and personnel from battalions and units across Gujarat, cycling enthusiasts and members of the public.
The event promoted fitness, national unity and environment-friendly travel, and NCC participants were felicitated for their contribution.
